At Le Goût de Ça, our mission is to offer an exceptional culinary experience through our premium marinades, hot sauces, and specialty products. Every item we produce is crafted with care, passion, and the highest attention to quality. Because we work with food products, freshness, safety, and hygiene are extremely important to us, and to you.

 

For these reasons, we have established the Return & Refund Policy below to ensure clarity and transparency for all our customers.

1. Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

This applies to:

 

  • Marinades

  • Hot sauces

  • Cookbooks

  • Bundles, gift boxes, and limited-edition items

  • Any promotional products or discounted items

 

Because these are consumable and perishable goods, they cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy protects the quality and integrity of the products you receive.

 

 

2. Product Quality Guarantee

 

Although returns are not permitted, we stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship.

 

We follow strict quality control and packaging standards to ensure that what you receive:

 

  • Is fresh

  • Meets our premium standards

  • Matches the description on our website

  • Is packed safely and securely

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

 

While returns aren’t possible, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.

 

If your order is:

 

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect

  • Missing an item

  • Defective in any way

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

 

We will review the case and, when applicable, offer:

 

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • Reshipment of missing items

 

Our goal is always to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

 

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:

 

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Shipped

 

Because we prepare orders quickly to maintain freshness, cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase. Once the order is confirmed in our system, we cannot reverse it.

 

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Le Goût de Ça is not responsible for:

 

  • Lost parcels marked as “Delivered”

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

 

However, we will do our best to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

 

 

6. Customer Satisfaction Is Our Priority

 

Although returns are not possible, we truly want every customer to enjoy an incredible experience with our products. We are always here to help, answer questions, or offer suggestions on how to best use our marinades and sauces.
