1. Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once a product has been purchased, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost parcels marked as “Delivered”

Packages stolen after delivery

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
However, we will do our best to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
